Bahai (Lotus) Temple

Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple
Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple is world’s largest Hindu temple and a must-see on your trip to Delhi. Constructed on a sprawling area of 12 acres, the temple is an epitome of architectural marvel. It has been built using granite and marble and has a number of other attractions such as the cultural center, light show, movie show, cultural center, boating and parks. The temple is located at a walking distance from Akshardham metro station.
The National Zoological Park Delhi
The National Zoological Park (more popularly known as Chidiyaghar) is spread across a sprawling area of 176 acres and was built in 1959. It was initially call the Delhi Zoo and it was in 1982 that it was given the status of The National Zoological Park. This place is home to over 1350 birds and animals of around 130 species from all around the world, making it one of the most frequented tourist spots in Delhi. There is also a cafeteria and library for the visitors in the Zoo premises.
Parthasarathy Rocks, JNU
Offering a picturesque view of the sunset among the peaceful surroundings, Parthasarathy rock is a wonderful amphitheater in Jawaharlal Nerhu University (JNU) Campus. The area encompasses numerous rocky hills and the gem among them is the Parasarathy Rock, more commonly known as the PSR. With an abundance of wildlife, it is the highest natural point in Delhi.
